Casterbridge to Stourhead Third Rail (V1.0)
The route provides plenty of opportunity for interesting scenarios and lots of variations for main line running. There is a short additional single track branch loop to simplify turning goods trains away from Casterbridge otherwise it's the same route as before. Hopefully users will find lots of options to create a variety of scenarios through the industrial and rural scenery. As before the route includes a mini version of Waterloo, flying/burrowing junctions, 3 other termini, 3 goods yards, an Oil Terminal and a busy Airport. There's a fair opportunity for trains to get some speed up. Depending on the route taken from end to end, a journey of up to 20 miles can be achieved.

Although fictitious, the route provides plenty of opportunity for interesting scenarios and lots of variations for main line running. I wanted to create a route which embodied lots of options for a variety of scenarios with both industrial and rural scenery.
