Ken gave me permission to include any of his assets in any route package I made when I contacted him about hosting his files, but as he was planning to redo his website and upload them all to it I dropped the idea of hosting. Unfortunately Ken passed away before he could do so and I didn't want to bother his family about making these old files available.
